Robbie provided a magnificent service. He and his team fitted four Haier air conditioning units to our new home. Even though there was a hiccup with the supplier, we persevered and eventually they arrived. Robbie was very efficient and his work was very neat and tidy. Would recommend 100% and more.

PrimeHive Air Conditioning were excellent from start to finish. The team were considerate, efficient, and left everything tidy. They were transparent and generous with their advice, which really helped when making a valuable improvement to my home. The installation was done to a high standard and the results are great. Professional, Tidy, and Went the Extra Mile!
I had Robbie install an air conditioning unit in my garden office back in October, and I'm thrilled with the entire experience.
From start to finish, Robbie was the model of professionalism. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. The installation was done efficiently and to a high standard.
What really stood out was his consideration: he cleaned up thoroughly after the job, leaving no mess behind. As a fantastic bonus, he even installed a security light for me free of charge, which was a really kind gesture.

We had previously considered air conditioning for the home having taken it for granted in our cars & caravan over the years. Deciding to actively pursue the idea was finally prompted by seeing an installation carried out by PrimeHive for some friends nearby.
In order to investigate further we contacted Robbie who visited our home within a few days to discuss our ideas.
Robbie was very knowledgeable when it came to providing technical advice - prior to actually committing to place our order - especially regarding the key pros and cons of the various products / models currently on the market.
He was equally able to identify some specific features that we had a) not considered or b) even realised were available.
Our quote arrived the same day and, having placed our order, Robbie kept us fully updated regarding delivery of the ordered equipment.
Additionally, at our request, he arranged for a dedicated power supply to be installed by an extremely competent electrician from Electro Magicians.
On the day of the installation Robbie arrived on time (this being quite unusual in our recent tradesmen interactions) and proceeded to install the interior unit. He is an extremely neat and tidy individual when he is working and he was particularly respectful of our property so as to avoid any potential damage / mess.
Moving on to the installation of the exterior unit he also took the time to double-check our preferences in terms of it’s physical positioning (on a bungalow gable end) to avoid any potential for future issues around access / safety and service concerns. He also exhibited a level of attention to detail that really impressed us. After everything was tested Robbie took us through how to operate the unit and its associated re-chargeable remote-control unit and the wi-fi connectivity.
To conclude, we would have absolutely no hesitation in fully recommending Robbie (and his company) to anyone considering adding air-conditioning to their property
It was a pleasure to deal with this friendly, polite and all-round professional air-con engineer.

2 AC units fitted by Robbie. Very good job indeed 👍. Had some technical issues with our electricity supply but problems rectified with the help of Robbies go to electrician Matt. Good value & good service! Recommended 👍

Robbie and Liam have just installed our air conditioning unit into our lodge.
Both are very professional even down to the minor detail. They explained every stage of the process and once installed again explained operating the system.

Robbie came to fix old one but we decided to get a new one was delivered to us very swiftly and Robbie cam round took old one out and fitted new one all in the day thanks mate a great bloke so helpful and caring cheers sure your new business will go far

Robbie has recently installed units to three of my properties on Cherry Park, I would highly recommend Robbie he is totally professional in all aspects of his work, he is very hard working ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

I’d highly recommend Robbie from PrimeHive air conditioning. Knowledgeable and always available to answer questions when choosing which unit to have.
